How to Format Your Images with SubtlyMade

If you want your images to appear in posts with proper sizes and as polished as possible, then ALL you need is set proper Medium Size for image Max Width:
-> Settings -> Miscellaneous -> Image sizes -> Medium size -> Max Width
Max Image Width for SubtlyMade must be 436 pixels .
So when you create your post you need to upload image and just use “Medium” for image size.
IMPORTANT: you need to disable this option: “Convert emoticons like :-) and :-P to graphics on display” (Settings -> Writing), if not - your emoticons graphics will have white boarder like for images.

Note: leave “Max Height” field blank.

With img.wp-smiley{ border:none;} you avoid the border around the smiley but would still have it around the other images in the articles.

I did not disable the option to convert smilies and they still show up normal - with no border :)
