Hurray! The big date today :)

We are presenting very big and funny, strange and amusing, hip and funky, conceptual and unusual, exciting and awesome – The Big Print Calendar for year 2011.


And the most incredible thing is the fact that the calendar is full of custom designed cartoons by Sergey Stanchev, our crazy illustrator.


But you can ask where is the calendar itself? Hehe, look closely at the spiral in the center. We are bored of old style calendars everywhere, so you can get something new and special for your home or office.


We’ve created yellow and turquoise color options for your choice and print versions for both worlds: RGB and CMYK


Calendar measures approx. 594mm x 841mm which is equal to A1 standard paper size.

We’ve been assigned to create a website with a blog for Susan Modaress. She had a basic idea of what she need, however she hoped to rely on our team for the creativity and specific designs to make it work.


Susan is constantly working with new clients so she would like the site to be appealing with creative elements yet functional for newcomers, of course. She didn’t have a solid vision so we worked to develop that.


First iteration:

However we’ve decided to create some different version while we waited for her answer:





Hmm… After some discussion we’ve decided go back a few steps and start with some of the coloring and texture changes. Also we’ve worked with gray colors – metallic, light gray, silver, white and as an accent red color.
Clean & classy look that’s more corporate:





No? Really? Ok, we’ve decided to stop here and held very detailed and long discussion negotiating every little detail.
Completely new version has been made:





She said: “Thanks, it looks really good. yes I think we are getting there.”

For final version we’ve decided to take out the gray part at the top and go with all white.
